Thank you for shopping with Amaranton! We take pride in offering high-quality artificial flowers and décor items. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy below will guide you through the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition (including original packaging, tags, and accessories).
* Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be returned or exchanged.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
* If you don’t have proof of purchase, only 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
Contact our customer service at info@amaranton.com, and provide the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival, or
- You received the wrong item.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.
You can choose:
- A replacement of the same item (if available), or
- A different item of equal value
If the replacement item costs more or less, we’ll adjust the payment accordingly.
5. Return/Exchange Shipping
Amaranton will bear the cost of the return/exchange shipment in the following cases:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The parts are missing
- Wrong or missing item
- The item is not as described
Customers will cover the return/exchange shipping cost in all other cases, such as:
- Ordered wrong item
- Unwanted item
- Found better price
- Unauthorized purchase
- Doesn't fit for intended purpose
- Request for returns/exchanges without proof of purchase
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
6. Policy Updates
Amaranton reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
